If you have a group of friends who want to get fit with you, then put your heads together and work out what you could do. If one of you has a big enough room, then perhaps you could all do a work-out DVD together. Alternatively, perhaps you could go running or cycling together. Some people require the motivation they receive from other 詳しく people to keep exercising, and by arranging a set time for a group, you are much less likely to be distracted and make up excuses to not exercise. If there are enough of you, you may even be able to hire a teacher and share the cost between you.
And an additional on the swelling - as my midwife/ob gyn told me - if it happens to you, there is little you can do. of course is when it is at the end of pregnancy, and you don't have weight problems already. didn't at all, just had swollen feet and ankles. stuff :) a pregnancy side effect - and like all - depends on the woman.
